How To Use/Apply:

Step 1. Apply Gel, brushing from the roots to reach the tips of lashes. Apply several layers.

Step 2. Apply fiber, sweep from the root to tip of lashes. Do not let fiber dry in between coats. Apply coat as desired.

Step 3. Let fiber dry *allow a few seconds for fiber to dry*

For Removal: Easily remove mascara with eye makeup remover.
